Firstly, you need a TON wallet such as MyTonWallet, Tonhub or TonKeeper. You can also use the wallet directly in Telegram (@wallet), no third party apps required!
You also need $TON to pay for fees and USDT to trade, which you can buy directly in the Telegram wallet using fiat currencies. Simply go to your WALLET and tap on “ADD CRYPTO”.
If you are using a Telegram wallet, you will need to enable your TON Space and send some $TON and USDT to it.
In the wallet tab,
1️⃣ Tap send (the round blue button with an arrow).
2️⃣ In "Choose how to send crypto", select "Your TON Space".
3️⃣ In "Choose an asset to send", select Dollars or Toncoin.
4️⃣ You will then see a tab that says: "Send to your TON space". Enter the amount you'd like to add, tap enter, and you're done!
